For that we also have to be clever to choose foods that want to eat to get the ideal body weight. So what are the foods that most commonly cause obesity?

According to Dr. Pauline Endang, SpGK of the Faculty of medicine, food at most make fat are foods that contain refined sugar and flour. Indeed, not everyone likes to eat rice, but almost everyone likes snacking. Snack foods is the most likely to cause obesity. Average food snacks contain lots of sugar and flour. Moreover, coupled with eggs, butter, and flavorings meganndung very high calorie.

Meals are eaten when exceeding the portion of the body needs, it will be converted and cause a buildup in fat cells. If not stopped, there will be a variety of diseases that cause excess weight. But that does not mean that regular exercise can make a person eat at will. The point must be balanced between activity and nutrition.

Fast food, lack of nutrition but high in fat
Sugary cereals, calories and sugar high
Cookies / wet, contain high sugar and fat
Sweet drinks, sugar and calories
Soda, causing a buildup of visceral fat in the abdomen

Martabak, sugary and high fat
